Biography

Marcia Garbey had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1967 Pan American Games 4×100 metres relay (with Violeta Quesada and the non-Olympians Cristina Echeverría and Miguelina Cobián). In the long jump at the Pan American Games Garbey finished sixth (1967), seventh (1971), and fifth (1975).

Personal Best: LJ – 6.62 (1975).
