Biography

Alan Lillington finished fourth in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4x110 yards relay (with Brian Shenton, Ken Box, and the non-Olympian George Ellis). In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 100 yards Lillington was eliminated in the heats. In the British Empire and Commonwealth Games he competed for England.
