Biography

East German marathon runner Heinrich Hagen started with the mixed German team in 1964 at the Tokyo Olympic Games where he placed 24th. At the 1966 European Championships he finished 21st, and in 1963 was the East German marathon champion. He was educated as a telecommunication engineer.

Personal Best: Mar – 2-18:27 (1966).
