Biography

Elicia Marshall competed for the USA artistic swimming team at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. She won a bronze medal in the team event at the 1998 World Aquatics Championships and a silver medal at the 1999 Pan American Games. Marshall also competed in duet at the 1998 Worlds, finishing fourth. Her biggest international title came in winning the duet at the 1999 German Open.

Marshall later married, becoming Elicia Valle, and attended Cal State Sacramento, where she studied liberal arts with a minor in mathematics. She taught mathematics for two years but then did further study to become an accountant and obtained her CPA license.
