Biography

Karl-Heinz Fuhrmann was an eventing rider from Potsdam, East Germany. He finished third with the mixed German team at the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, but did not receive a medal as his score did not count towards the team score. Four years later in Mexico City, then representing East Germany he came in seventh with the team. In both games he finished 25th in the individual event. Fuhrmann was East German champion in 1961-62 and 1969.
