Biography
Victor Georgescu was a Romanian cyclist who was active during the first half of the 1950s. In 1952 Georgescu competed in the individual road race at the Helsinki Olympics finishing 44th, more than 18 minutes behind the race winner. The following year he rode in the International Peace Race before competing in the Tour of Romania in 1954 and 1955.
