Somkuan Leehapun was a Thai cyclist who represented the national team in the mid-1960s. In 1966 Leehapun was part of the quartet that won silver in the 1,600 metres track time trial team at the Asian Games in Bangkok. Two years later he competed in the road race at the Mexico City Olympics but did not finish the course.
