Sim Price was the son of a famous lawyer and judge in St. Louis. He was not known at all as a golfer and his biggest achievement is probably his 1904 bronze medal from the team golf event. He also qualified for the individual match play event, but went out, 8 & 7, in the first round. One of his distant relatives would achieve fame as an actor – Vincent Price.
