Biography

Foil fencer Waltraut Peck-Repa was Austrian champion in individual foil (1964-66, 1969, and 1972) and in team foil (1967, 1969, and 1971-72). With the Austrian foil team, she was eliminated in the pool stage at the 1960 Rome Olympics.

Under her married name Repa, she returned to the Olympics twelve years later at München and placed 11th with the team and was eliminated in the first round of the individual foil event. Domestically, she won five national titles. Peck-Repa was a creative visual artist by profession.
