Biography

Defender Novak Roganović played for FK Vojvodina from Novi Sad for most of his career. The team played in the top tier of Yugoslav football, but didn’t win the title during Roganović’s spell, but it finished runner-up twice in that period. In 1960, he was first selected to play for the national team, in the preparation for the Olympics later that year. He would win all of his seven caps that year, the last match being the Olympic final against Denmark, which Yugoslavia won 3-1. In 1963, he left to play abroad, playing with Austria Wien (Vienna) for a year. He closed out his career with the Enschedese Boys, a second level club in the Netherlands.
