Biography

Austrian sport shooter Josef Meixner was a four-time Olympian from 1964 at Tokyo to 1976 at Montréal. He competed in the trap events on each occasion. He placed ninth, 37th, 20th and 16th, respectively. Meixner was the first sport shooter from Burgenland at the Olympic Games and the only Austrian shooter participating in four Olympics.
