Biography

Connie Petracek was a pistol shooter who competed at the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games. She starred at the Pan American Games, winning seven medals and five golds at the 1991 and 1995 editions. She was named USA Shooting Female Pistol Shooter of the Year in 1991, 1992, and 1995, and was the USOC Female Shooting Athlete of the Year in 1996. Petracek and her husband had three daughters, two of whom also competed in shooting on the US national team. Connie Petracek is a member of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame.
