Harry Bisbey was a goalkeeper for the USA water polo team at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. He also played at the 1951 Pan American Games, winning a bronze medal, and the 1955 Pan Ams, winning silver. Bisbey was in the US Coast Guard at the time of his Olympic appearance, and also worked as a Los Angeles County lifeguard. Bisbey graduated from El Segundo High School and the University of Southern California.
