Pavel Pavlovich was only 19-years-old, when he participated in the 60 kg division at the 1912 Olympics in Stockholm. He started the tournament with two wins against Scandinavian wrestlers. He withdrew after losing to the Bohemian Josef Beránek. In 1913, he was a silver medalist in the lightweight category behind Georg Baumann and ahead of Aleksandrs Miezītis at the All-Russian Olympiad representing the St. Petersburg club Sanitas. His further fate is unknown.
