Biography

Joe Foreman had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games 4x440 yards relay (with Terry Tobacco, Doug Clement, and Laird Sloan). In the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games Foreman was eliminated in the heats of the 440 yards.

Personal Bests: 100 - 10.6 (1956); 200 - 21.5y (1954).
