Biography

Due to an error in the 1912 Official Report, Tom O’Donahue’s name is not listed. Recent research has revealed that he did, in fact, take part in the high jump at Stockholm, but failed to clear the opening height. O’Donahue tied for first place with Howard Baker at the 1912 British Olympic Trials and then placed second to Tim Carroll at the Irish Championships and in the Ireland vs. Scotland match. He was also Northern Counties Champion in the long jump in 1912.

Personal Bests: HJ – 1.80 (5-11) (1912); LJ – 6.37 (20-11) (1912).
