Biography

A solicitor by profession, Horatio Poulter served as a private with the Middlesex Regiment in World War I. He was honoured with the British War Medal and Victory Medal. Little is known about his competitive shooting record, and his individual and team bronze medals at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics appear to be his only major successes.
