Biography

Brigadier-general Fernando Huergo had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games sabre team (with Edgardo Pomini, Manuel Agüero, and the non-Olympians Ercole González Repetto, Guillermo Watkins, and José M. Casanovas Celesia), 3rd in the 1955 Pan American Games sabre team (with Daniel Sande, Félix Galimi, Fulvio Galimi, and the non-Olympians Florencio Watkins and Ernesto Marcelo).
