Biography

Radka Zrubáková was a Slovak tennis player who played professionally from 1986 to 1999. Zrubáková achieved a career-best singles ranking of #22 in the world in October 1991, and a doubles ranking of #38 in the world in April 1993. She played in the Fed Cup for Yugoslavia and Slovakia from 1988 to 1997.

Zrubáková won the girls’ doubles title at the US Open in 1985 and 1986 with Andrea Holíková and Jana Novotná, respectively. On the ITF Circuit Zrubáková won five doubles and three singles titles from October 1986 to September 1995. On the WTA Tour she won three singles titles and two doubles titles with Petra Langrová partnering her in the latter.

At Grand Slams Zrubáková reached the singles fourth round at the 1988 Australian Open and the 1991 US Open. She competed at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics where she reached the second round in the singles in Atlanta.
