Lawrence Butler Bradford Betts, better known as Toby Betts, was a South African sprinter. Betts ran in the 400 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics. He was also part of the South African quartet that ran in the 4 × 100 metres relay where the team also reached the semi-finals. He also was entered in the 100 and 200 metres. Until recently (2024) he was listed as a starter in the 100 metres but recent evidence found in 1924 French sporting newspapers indicates that he did not compete.
