Yevgeniya Sechenova had the following podium finishes at major championships: 1st in the 1946 European Championships 100 metres, 1st in the 1946 European Championships 200 metres, 2nd in the 1950 European Championships 100 metres, 2nd in the 1950 European Championships 200 metres, 3rd in the 1946 European Championships 4×100 metres Relay (with Elene Gok’ieli and the non-Olympians Valentina Fokina and Valentina Vasilyeva), 3rd in the 1950 European Championships 4×100 metres Relay (with Valentina Bogdanova and the non-Olympians Sofia Malshina and Zoya Dukhovich).

Personal Bests: 100 – 11.8 (1951); 200 – 24.7 (1951).
