Eileen Holt had the following podium finishes at major championships: 2nd in the 1951 Pan American Games 4×100 metre freestyle (with Ana María Schultz and the non-Olympians Cristina Kujath and Emma Gondona), 3rd in the 1951 Pan American Games 200 metre freestyle, 3rd in the 1955 Pan American Games 4×100 metre freestyle (with Ana María Schultz, Liliana Gonzalias, and the non-Olympian Cristina Kujath), 3rd in the 1955 Pan American Games 4×100 metre medley (with Liliana Gonzalias and the non-Olympians Vanna Rocco and Beatríz Rohde).
