Biography

Czechoslovak track and field athlete Alois Linka represented Sparta Praha where he specialised as a sprinter. Linka ran in both the 100 and 200 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics but was eliminated in the heats of both races. He was also scheduled to compete in the 4 × 100 metres relay and the long jump in Paris but did not start in either event.

Personal Bests: 100 – 10.9 (1923); 200 – 23.0 (1923).
