Biography

Lee Jeong-Myeong was a South Korean professional tennis player who specialised in the doubles. Lee won her first ITF doubles title in June 1998 in Birmingham, England, with her partner Kim Il-Sun. Lee won a total of 12 doubles titles with every one of them coming when she was paired with Kim. Lee and Kim would pair together in the doubles at the 1988 Seoul Olympics and the 1992 Barcelona Olympics with Lee also playing in the singles at the 1988 Games. Lee won a silver and bronze medal at the 1990 Asian Games and a gold at the 1991 Summer Universiade.
