Medal Events 3
Venues Los Angeles Museum of History, Science and Art, Los Angeles, California

There were two sculpture events in the 1932 Arts Competition – Medals and Reliefs, and Sculptures. Entrants could submit more than one work in each category, which led to 144 entrants from 16 nations submitting 300 exhibits. A full set of medals was awarded in both events, and honorable mentions were also awarded. There were a few works submitted that cannot be classified and we list as in an Unknown Event. The most prominent entrant was Canadian / American Tait McKenzie, the only art Olympian to take part in five Olympic Games, missing only in 1920 and 1924.
